| after the quake |
last night the girls decided to join my movie night to watch Bowling for Columbine on AXN. Just as we were transfixed on the scene of the security cameras that caught the shooting massacre...the ground shook. I thought maybe my eyes were refocusing but then the blinds started shaking and we all turned to each other in fear. I looked around with a bit of relief that my living room had a number of beams we could hide under in case the force increased. It had a 6.4 intensity and within a few hours I had several text messages from concerned friends.
Glad I decided to stay home. I also heard that a lot of people stormed out of the bars in panic. Intuition strikes again.
